Process of service mappings update

Why

Sometimes we have requests from product support to update the service mappings (like this).

Update Process

Usually, we have a link to the google sheet with the list of service mappings to update (with empty checkboxes). To update them we need to:

• understand that service mapping in PRO is maintained using MigratedEntity model
• create the csv file with the list of service mappings to update, with columns:
  • item_id - OT ID column from the google sheet
  • wrong_external_item_id - Wrongly mapped with column from the google sheet
  • right_external_item_id - Should be mapped with column from the google sheet
• run the Maintenance::UpdateServiceMigratedEntitiesTask on the https://admin.uala.com/maintenance_tasks/tasks/ page with the csv file from the previous step
