TWStore integration​

Introduction​

TWStore (formerly Wavy) offers an online store for venues to purchase products. To streamline the ordering process for venues using both TWStore and TWPro Warehouse, we integrated the two platforms. Now, when a TWPro venue places an order on TWStore, it automatically appears in TWPro Warehouse with complete order details and tracking information.

To achieve this integration, TWPro developed an API housed in the store-integration directory. This API enables TWStore to transmit order information and updates to TWPro.

Setup​

Create a TWStore country supplier record​

For successful order processing from TWStore, each supported country needs a corresponding TWPro Warehouse supplier record. Missing supplier will cause TWStore order submissions to fail.

Here's how to create a supplier record for a specific country:

  • Visit the supplier creation page: https://admin.uala.com/backend/global_suppliers/new
  • Fill out the form with the following details:
    • Name: Treatwell Store - COUNTRY NAME
    • Address
    • Town
    • Postal Code
    • VAT Number
    • Check the boxes for "Official" and "Twstore"
    • Select the appropriate country
